I have a love of food, especially sweets. I am not an at-home version of B. Smth but an essential part of taking care of myself and my family is looking at what we eat and making sure it’s something they’ll eat, nourishes our bodies and is fun!
Ultimately, I want to make sure that we’re eating well and working towards our family goals (for my husband and I) of maintaining healthy BMIs. It’s definitely a journey because we are busy people and always on the go but the most important thing for me is moving forward. And did I mention we have several food allergies in my house?
